Service Packages

TAB’s service packages help ensure the ongoing success of your TAB FusionRMS software implementation.

The packages include invaluable assistance such as technical support, training and upgrades, as well as discounts on professional services, hardware, and software modules.

Bronze, Silver and Gold packages allow you to choose the program that best meets your needs.


Bronze

Our basic service package includes all critical updates and product version upgrades, as well as our standard service levels. These service levels include 5 cases per year of TAB FusionRMS support, 3 cases per year of TABQUIK support, and a 72-hour resolution time for any issues. Additional licenses and support services are charged at regular rates.

Silver

Our Silver package builds on the Bronze package with improved service levels, extended service hours and discounts on additional licenses, hardware, training and upgrade services. The Silver package includes a 4-hour emergency response commitment, a shorter resolution time of 24 hours for regular issues, and increased annual case allowances for TAB FusionRMS and TABQUIK. You will also enjoy ongoing WebEx™ training for administrators and the opportunity to participate in beta programs.

Gold

Our Gold package offers the maximum support, the biggest discounts and the greatest peace of mind. Building on the Silver package, the Gold package includes a free on-site annual assessment, dedicated upgrades and planning support, free TABQUIK label designs and ongoing end-user training via WebEx. Premium technical support services include: a dedicated support specialist; priority and after-hours support; and unlimited support cases, with a 4 hour-resolution time on all cases.
